Cooking with Cannabis, Jacquie + Chef Jazz!
Jacquie Cohen Roth, MS, Founder/CEO CannabizMD and Chef Jazz, Founder/CEO Green Panther Chef, are collaborating once again on cooking with cannabis. They’re delivering a four module online series on cooking with cannabis intended for the novice chef.
Modules include an introduction to the Endocannabinoid System + Basic Cannabinoids, Decarboxylation + Dosing, Introduction to Terpenes, and Cooking Demonstrations. We’ll share techniques and tips sprinkled with some cannabis science. We’ll end the series with cooking demonstrations and you’ll have the recipes to follow along with.
Each module is scheduled for 90 minutes to allow for plenty of Q + A. Tickets for four modules and the recipes are only $40 with a portion of the proceeds supporting The Tea Pad Scholarship for Minority Entrepreneurship.
Upon registration, a unique Zoom invite will be shared for online streaming and the recipes. Have fun learning how to infuse your food for clean and healthy eating!
